We will examine some of the vulnerabilities of the current food system and the pros and cons of short- and long-supply chains. What lessons do we learn in the aftermath of COVID-19? Is a more localised or globalised food system better for the environment? How do these conversations play out differently across the world?

We'll be practicing dialogue rather than debate, and having a conversation grounded in science, that will also bring about value-based reflections and conclusions.

The session will include a moderated conversation, questions from the audience, and break-out rooms to further discuss and engage with the topics.

We especially welcome SLU students, researchers and the extended Table community!
