Two of the main aims of the Future of Food programme is to act as a focal point for food system research within the University and to facilitate interactions between Oxford researchers and those outside the university. As such, the programme also functions as a directory of food researchers across the university. Since our definition of the food system is broad, so is the range of research interests covered by our network.
