Dr Marco Springman was recently on the BBC explaining the results from his recent paper in Nature 'Options for keeping the food system within environmental limits '.
Marco is a senior researcher within the Livestock, Environmnet and People (LEAP) project where he is working together with researchers from the Nuffield Department of Population Health, the Department of International Development, and the Environmental Change Institute, in developing an integrated model of environmental sustainability, health, and economic development.
